FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How booking works, what is included and what to bring. If your question is not here, write to us.

How do I book a trip?

Send us a request with your dates, the number of golfers and any wishes. We reply with a written proposal and one price per person. When you accept it and pay the deposit stated in the proposal, we send your booking confirmation.

Are the prices per person?

Yes. Prices on the website are starting prices per person, usually sharing a room or apartment. Your final price depends on dates, room type and group size, and is stated in your proposal.

Can I change a ready-made trip?

Yes. Every trip can be adjusted: dates, hotels, courses, extra nights and transfers. We can also combine two regions or design a trip from scratch.

Do you book the tee times?

Yes. We book your rounds when we confirm your trip. Tee times always depend on the course's availability, so we confirm them in writing before you travel.

Do I need a handicap certificate?

Many Italian golf clubs ask visiting golfers to show a handicap certificate or a home club membership card. Please bring yours, and tell us your handicaps when you request a proposal.

Can you arrange transfers?

Yes. Airport and golf transfers are included in some trips and can be added to any other trip. Tell us your flights and we include the transfers in your proposal.

Can non-golfers come along?

Of course. Every region has plenty to see, from cities and villages to food and wine. Tell us how many non-golfers are travelling and we suggest what they can do.

Do you organise trips for groups and golf societies?

Yes. One person handles the whole trip, books tee times so the group plays together, and matches hotels and transport to the size of the group.

When is the best time for golf in Italy?

Golf is possible all year. The northern lakes are best from spring to autumn, central Italy works in every season, and the south and the islands are ideal in winter.
