RYDER CUP 2023 MARCO SIMONE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Guidonia, 20 km from Rome, will be the official hosting venue of the Ryder Cup from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, 2023.
The course has been extensively renovated and provided with a last-generation drainage. The new Ryder Cup Course, with its ups and downs, requires good shape from those who intend to play walking. The greens are quick and hard, and the technical characteristics of the course are challenging with the eleven doglegs and the ball rarely on flat ground.

Renting a car in Rome is not practical because of the traffic limitations, especially in the historic centre, the narrow streets and expensive garage fees. Booking transfers from the airport at your arrival to the hotel and roundtrips to the golf courses is the best solution.
Olgiata Golf Club
Inaugurated in 1961 the course is divided into two parts, West and East, for a total of 27 holes. The West Course, the oldest of the two, consists of 18 holes. In 2012 the course was re-designed almost completely by the American architect Jim Fazio to conform to the new requirements and is now ready to host International Tournaments. The newly created East course is a 9-hole par 36, for a length of 2,947 meters. Far from being an executive course, it is a real course of its own, on which games and various competitions are played.
The golf magazine Golf Digest ranks Olgiata Golf Club among the 100 Best Golf Courses at 68th position.
Golf Club Roma Acquasanta
Italy's oldest and the most traditional golf club (with Golf Club Ugolini in Florence), in 2013 Golf Roma Acquasanta celebrated its 110 years of activity.
The Golf Club Roma Acquasanta has been able to renew itself remaining attached to its wonderful roots and to the “links”, to the water, and to the historical landscape from which it was born and was realized. It has remained a very entertaining and delicate golf course with some unique glimpses of Rome along the ancient Via Appia.

Parco de' Medici Golf Club
